Early in her career she recruited and onboarded more than 1,700 independent contractors in three months — a deadline met a full month early. That same precision and drive defines every Sparta engagement today.
With a background spanning Fortune 1000 companies, fintech, nonprofit, and community-based organizations, Stacee brings deep experience in strategic talent acquisition to Sparta. She leads every recruiting engagement with a human-centered approach — taking time to understand who her clients are, what they need, and where they are going before she ever presents a candidate.
